Hello Don,
I too, wish to thank you for your time spent making the faux rock videos. I have had some difficulty finding some of the things you suggest to use in the mix. After several trips to Lowe's and Home Depot and hours on the internet, I found the items in Oklahoma at directcolors.com. I'm hoping perlite will work and the only place I have been able to locate it is through a nursery wholesale business. Love your work!

Hi Don,
Thanks for an interesting web site. I've been doing some online research after stopping to watch a snapping turtle lay her eggs - right beside the bike path that I take to work. What a gift to be able to see things like this. I thought I might be able to time it so that I could be around when the eggs hatch but have discovered that the time from laying to hatching can vary quite a bit. Guess I'll have to hope that they make it, that the nest isn't disturbed by an animal and that they get across the bike path safely.

I would really love for you to write you recipe mixture of both layers down.
Where can you purchase the liquid acrlylic products you used in the first lesson.
Could I use insulation in place of that white fiber you added to you mixtures? and if not where would I get that too?
